Co-authored 2025 Wisconsin Assembly Bill 912, updating state evidentiary law to allow audiovisual recordings of child witness testimony for abuse and exploitation victims up to age 18 (raised from 16), with eligibility determined by the child's age at the time of recording rather than at trial. The change reduces re-traumatization of child victims who would otherwise be required to testify repeatedly in person, strengthening the state's capacity to prosecute predators while protecting the child's wellbeing.
