💡 U.S. Capitol switchboard — ask for Senator Ken Paxton.
Reach out directly. Your voice matters. Proverbs 29:2 — When the righteous are in authority, the people rejoice.
As TX Attorney General, secured a unanimous Texas Supreme Court ruling upholding the Human Life Protection Act (near-total abortion ban) and won at the U.S. Supreme Court protecting Texas pro-life laws; consistently defends life from conception in court.
As Texas AG in 2015, Paxton advised county clerks they could refuse same-sex marriage licenses on religious-freedom grounds following Obergefell v. Hodges, describing the ruling as an attack on Americans' religious freedoms. He stated that 'same-sex marriage is not lawful under the U.S. Constitution' and consistently championed traditional one-man-one-woman marriage — a stance he maintained through his 2026 Senate run.
Led aggressive state-level resistance to ESG corporate capture: as TX AG he sued the Biden DOL's ESG retirement-investing rule for 'sacrificing Americans' retirement savings on the altar of the radical climate and social agenda,' sued BlackRock, State Street, and Vanguard for conspiring to manipulate energy markets through ESG commitments, demanded BlackRock account for underperforming ESG pension investments, opposed the SEC's ESG climate-disclosure mandate as unconstitutional, and warned major financial institutions that DEI and ESG commitments could trigger state law enforcement.
As Texas AG (2015-present), Paxton built one of the nation's most aggressive state-level election-integrity operations: his office created a dedicated election-fraud prosecution unit, launched multi-county investigations into mail-in ballot harvesting, and in 2020 sued to block Harris County's mass-mailing of unsolicited mail-in ballot applications to all registered voters. His office regularly publicizes prosecuted voter-fraud cases as a deterrent, and he won the 2026 TX Senate primary with a mandate to carry Trump's election-integrity priorities to Washington.
As TX AG, won the federal-court ruling vacating DACA and halted Biden's unlawful freeze on deportations, enforcing mandatory removal of unlawfully present aliens and building the nation's strongest state-level border-enforcement record.
As TX AG, successfully sued the Biden ATF and blocked the rule reclassifying pistols with stabilizing braces as short-barreled rifles — stopping a regulation that would have criminalized millions of law-abiding gun owners.
Paxton opposed the AIPAC-backed incumbent Sen. John Cornyn in the 2026 Texas Senate primary and defeated him by more than 25 points. AIPAC explicitly endorsed Cornyn; Paxton's campaign drew a clear contrast between the nationalist America-First lane and the AIPAC/establishment-donor lane. Paxton's win was noted by Track AIPAC as unseating one of their top endorsed incumbents.
