My Protocol

Glycinate form is the most bioavailable and least likely to cause GI issues. Citrate works but causes loose stools in higher doses. Oxide is essentially inert — avoid. The B6 in Mela-Out supports serotonin synthesis, which aids sleep quality independent of the Mg.
