Foreign-lobby money compromises America First. The U.S. has no formal mutual-defense treaty with Israel; AIPAC operates a super-PAC (United Democracy Project) that spent over $100M during the 2024 cycle on independent expenditures against U.S. candidates who criticize Israeli government policy. A candidate who has accepted that money has, in their own revealed preference, accepted a foreign-policy filter on their congressional vote. The same logic covers China-linked donations, where federal law also prohibits CCP members from contributing.

For every candidate with a documented donor record, two things happen: (1) the specific category question is marked False (foreign_policy_restraint[q4] for AIPAC + China; economic_stewardship[q5] — the WEF/ESG/Davos capture question — for Soros-network donors), so the per-category subscore drops by 2 points; (2) an additional dollar-bracket adjustment is applied to the total, making the penalty proportional to the magnitude of the funding. Both impacts are visible on this page.

U.S. Rep VA-02 (Virginia Beach/Norfolk); Navy pilot, nurse practitioner, ex-VA state senator; HASC member; 2026 reelection. [2026-06 RESOLUTE refinement, federal tier — national autopilot] Solidly conservative on life (with exceptions), borders, elections, women's sports, and defense, but with DOCUMENTED LEFT-BREAKS scored FALSE: (1) co-introduced the standalone Bipartisan IVF for Military Families Act and championed the IVF-coverage provision through HASC/House — an IVF-coverage mandate the embryo-personhood position opposes; (2) named GOP cosponsor of the DIGNIDAD/Dignity Act (H.R.4393), a renewable legal-status pathway for ~12M undocumented since before 12/31/2020 — contrary to mandatory deportation. Conservative-direction HARD votes scored TRUE: Protecting Health Care for All Patients Act (H.R.485, bans QALY/quality-of-life rationing); Protection of Women and Girls in Sports Act (trans-athlete ban); Parents Bill of Rights Act (H.R.5); SAVE Act (documentary proof-of-citizenship to register); H.R.2 Secure the Border Act (border wall + national E-Verify mandate); hawkish on foreign policy (FOR the Apr-2024 Ukraine/Israel/Taiwan supplementals, criticized GOP 'isolationists') scored FALSE on foreign_policy_restraint. FLAGGED-BUT-UNSCORED soft deviations (left null pending firmer sourcing): as a VA state senator she reportedly voted to expand LGBTQ nondiscrimination protections (WaPo via Wikipedia, no bill number); NRA-endorsed yet said she was 'open to the debate' on gun control (no specific 2A roll call) so all self_defense cells null; pro-vaccination NP who abstained on a state vaccine-mandate-protection bill (SB1449) so industry/christian-liberty conscience cells null. Same-sex-marriage cells null (RFMA passed before she was sworn in; she has declined to take a public marriage position).
