Foreign-lobby money compromises America First. The U.S. has no formal mutual-defense treaty with Israel; AIPAC operates a super-PAC (United Democracy Project) that spent over $100M during the 2024 cycle on independent expenditures against U.S. candidates who criticize Israeli government policy. A candidate who has accepted that money has, in their own revealed preference, accepted a foreign-policy filter on their congressional vote. The same logic covers China-linked donations, where federal law also prohibits CCP members from contributing.

For every candidate with a documented donor record, two things happen: (1) the specific category question is marked False (foreign_policy_restraint[q4] for AIPAC + China; economic_stewardship[q5] — the WEF/ESG/Davos capture question — for Soros-network donors), so the per-category subscore drops by 2 points; (2) an additional dollar-bracket adjustment is applied to the total, making the penalty proportional to the magnitude of the funding. Both impacts are visible on this page.

Religion: Not publicly identified — NO EVIDENCE FOUND for denomination in this sweep
Background: U.S. Representative since Jan 2011 (originally AZ-05; AZ-06 2013-2023; AZ-01 post-2022 redistricting). 8th term. House Ways & Means Committee. Withdrew from AZ-01 House race Sept 30 2025 to enter 2026 AZ Republican gubernatorial primary; trailing Trump-endorsed Andy Biggs 18%-48% per May 2026 Emerson poll; AZ Capitol Times labels him 'spoiler.' ETHICS HISTORY: July 31 2020 House UNANIMOUSLY reprimanded Schweikert on the House floor (rare action) for 11 ethics violations spanning Jan 2011-Nov 2017 — misuse of taxpayer Members' Representational Allowance for non-official purposes; pressured staff into campaign work on official time; failed to disclose $75K Metro Phoenix Bank loan; reported nonexistent $100K loan; ~$78K unaccounted disbursements; admitted violations; paid $50,000 House fine. Separate $125,000 FEC campaign-finance fine (PolitiFact 2022). Total ~$175K in fines.

U.S. Rep AZ-01 (R), in office since 2011; Ways & Means; WITHDREW from AZ-01 House race Sept 2025 to enter 2026 AZ gubernatorial primary (trailing Trump-endorsed Andy Biggs 18-48 in May 2026 polling). [2026-06 federal autopilot] Heritage Action 119th 92% / lifetime 91%; Club for Growth lifetime 93% + 9x Defender of Economic Freedom; NRA-PVF A + endorsement; GOA A; HRC 0/100. Hard-evidence wins: 6x Life-at-Conception Act cosponsor (2011/13/15/17/19/21); cosponsor Born-Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act; NO Respect for Marriage Act HR 8404 (Dec 8 2022 RC 513); presumed NO Equality Act 117th (party-line); SBA Pro-Life tracked. ETHICS DEVIATION (catastrophic to economic_stewardship personal-integrity reading): July 31 2020 House UNANIMOUSLY reprimanded Schweikert on the floor for 11 ethics violations; $50K House fine; separate $125K FEC fine — rare-action material. J6 SPLIT (Jan 6, 2021): voted with Democrats to CERTIFY Arizona's 2020 electors but voted to OBJECT to Pennsylvania's electors — defensible-constitutional split per his rationale but a CROSS-PARTY deviation on the federalism / election-integrity axis. IRAN HYPOCRISY (2025-26): house.gov foreign-affairs page asserts 'Congress alone declares war' but did NOT cosponsor Massie/Khanna Iran war-powers resolution and publicly praised Trump's Iran strikes on X — Cronkite News explicitly notes the gubernatorial-primary motivation. AIPAC career-total $206,443 per TrackAIPAC (RESOLUTE bracket -10 adjustment). Probable Ukraine HR 8035 vote NOT INDIVIDUALLY VERIFIED in this sweep — left null. Religion: NO EVIDENCE FOUND in this sweep.
