Foreign-lobby money compromises America First. The U.S. has no formal mutual-defense treaty with Israel; AIPAC operates a super-PAC (United Democracy Project) that spent over $100M during the 2024 cycle on independent expenditures against U.S. candidates who criticize Israeli government policy. A candidate who has accepted that money has, in their own revealed preference, accepted a foreign-policy filter on their congressional vote. The same logic covers China-linked donations, where federal law also prohibits CCP members from contributing.

For every candidate with a documented donor record, two things happen: (1) the specific category question is marked False (foreign_policy_restraint[q4] for AIPAC + China; economic_stewardship[q5] — the WEF/ESG/Davos capture question — for Soros-network donors), so the per-category subscore drops by 2 points; (2) an additional dollar-bracket adjustment is applied to the total, making the penalty proportional to the magnitude of the funding. Both impacts are visible on this page.

X / Twitter: @RepDaleStrong
U.S. Rep AL-5 (R), 2nd-term defense-district incumbent (Huntsville/Redstone Arsenal). [2026-06 federal autopilot] Heritage Action lifetime 77% — solid mid-tier conservative, NOT Freedom Caucus. Strong social-conservative record: YES on Born-Alive (HR 26 2023 + HR 21 2025, co-sponsored); YES Parents Bill of Rights (HR 5); YES Save Women's Sports (HR 734); YES SAVE Act (cited AL Sec of State's finding of 3,251 non-citizens on rolls); YES Laken Riley Act (attended White House signing); YES HR 2 Secure the Border; YES CBDC Anti-Surveillance Act; YES One Big Beautiful Bill (HR 1 2025 — incl. PP Medicaid defund). Lifetime NRA member. CROSS-PARTY DEVIATION: Voted NO on HR 8035 April 2024 Ukraine supplemental (while YES on HR 8034 Israel supplemental) — but cited Biden border failures, NOT principled war-powers restraint (populist-MAGA pattern). CAVEAT — DEFENSE-DISTRICT CAPTURE: structurally embedded in Boeing/Northrop/Lockheed/Pentagon ecosystem via Redstone earmarks ($500M+ NDAA wins); YES on $883.7B FY25 + $901B FY26 NDAA despite 7 consecutive Pentagon audit failures; only Pentagon-restraint signal is a symbolic FY24 amendment redirecting unused border-wall materials.
