Coming with cohort kickoffA twelve-week cohort for husbands, fathers, solo founders, ministry leaders, and veterans — built on the conviction that AI works for a man’s home, business, and ministry without ever working over him. Thirty-six specific tasks, roughly ninety minutes a week, one signed Watchman’s Charter at the end.
Adam is a husband to Maria and a father of three — first and foremost — and a twenty-one-year United States Marine: combat veteran, operational pilot in both the CH-46 Sea Knight and the MV-22 Osprey, ordained minister (CLA/CLI and NACM), and NASM-certified coach. He runs Bow & Arrow Studio as a solo founder and is the founder of U.S.M.C. Ministries. This isn’t an AI-guru course; it’s a leadership course taught by a man who’s spent his career deciding under pressure, and who’s now wrestling with how AI fits into a Christian household and a small business without ever taking the wheel.
The watchman framing comes out of Ezekiel 33 — the man set on the wall to warn the city — and the men who land in this cohort tend to wear three different hats while standing the same wall: solo operators carrying weight without a team, husbands and fathers who refuse to outsource their families to a chatbot, and multipliers training up the next generation. The vocations vary; the posture is shared.
You carry weight without a team — founder, operator, consultant, or pastor of a small church — and AI is the leverage that keeps the home table set and the business honest, not the thing that quietly takes over either one.
Marriage, kids, work, ministry — the watchman’s first wall is his own home, and AI is the assistant that frees up your evenings without ever replacing the showing-up that holds a family together.
Pastor, mentor, ministry leader, or veteran with a next mission — you’re here because of 2 Timothy 2:2: what you have learned, you commit to faithful men who will be able to teach others also.
“So you, son of man, I have made a watchman for the house of Israel; therefore you shall hear a word from My mouth and warn them for Me.”
Ezekiel 33:7 ↑
Three tasks each week, twenty to thirty minutes per task — six blocks across the twelve weeks. The Business block runs the longest because that’s where most men in this cohort are spending most of their hours. Click any week to open its page.
Why a man uses AI matters more than which model he picks; the posture sits above the tooling.
The five-part prompt structure, and the dictation loop that turns a thirty-minute task into eight.
A short wife audit, a five-year vision rewritten in your own words, and one hard conversation actually shipped.
A family AI policy your kids help write, a household rhythm posted where everyone can see it, and a legacy plan started.
Subscriptions audited, body wired as platform, and the first real Cowork workflow shipped.
Read your numbers; build the recurring-comms workflow; lock in a tithe-first budget.
Cowork's inventory + redlines mapped, a reusable prompt library you'll actually use, and a multi-step research workflow shipped on something real.
Strip the AI fingerprint out of your drafts; sign a real decision; ship a public piece in your voice.
Sermon to weekly actions; a ten-minute Scripture-study loop with AI as partner; a teaching aid you'll actually use Sunday.
A personal daily-devotion loop you tune to your own walk, a pastoral-counseling prep workflow with hard redlines, and a cohort prompt-pack you test on one man.
A local-AI smoke test on your own hardware, your watchman's redlines wired architecturally, and one MCP server scoped and tested.
Synthesize the eleven weeks into one document; teach one person one thing; sign your charter and ship the commissioning log.
The cohort lives in a private Telegram channel — free, works on iPhone and Android and Mac and Windows, about a minute to sign up if you don’t already have it. We picked Telegram over Mighty Networks, Discord, and Slack because it stays out of the way: tasks drop as channel posts, you react when you ship, and the linked discussion thread is where iron sharpens iron.
One-time payment through Stripe — no subscription, full fourteen-day refund window if the cohort isn’t a fit.
A private Telegram-channel link lands in your inbox within twenty-four hours; open the pinned watchman’s index, and W1.T1 is right behind it.
Twenty to thirty minutes per task, three tasks a week (Mon/Wed/Fri) — open the PDF, do the action, react ✓ on the post when you’ve shipped it.
By Week 12 you’ll sign your Watchman’s Charter, teach one person one thing, and post the commissioning log — you finish the cohort as a watchman with a system and a man you’ve trained.
One-time payment, no subscription, and a full fourteen-day no-friction refund window if you decide the cohort isn’t a fit — email Adam, no questions. After that, the access is yours for life: every future cohort you want to re-run, every future drop, every future expansion.
One-time. The intro window for the next cohort. Once that cohort starts, price moves to $299.
One-time. Standard lifetime access after the intro cohort closes.
Stripe goes live alongside the first paid cohort. Buttons live shortly — email Adam to hold a spot in the next intro cohort.
Four cohorts a year, with hard start dates so the men in each cohort move through the weeks together — and a roughly two-week late-join grace window so life’s timing doesn’t lock you out of a season you’re ready for.
Dates lock ~4 weeks before each cohort kicks off — email Adam if you want first-notice on the next cohort opening.
Eight deliverables travel with the enrollment — some live the moment the cohort kicks off, some build out as the program runs. All of them stay yours for life after you’re in.
