Is this an MLM?
No. Melaleuca is a Consumer Direct Marketing company — validated by the Better Business Bureau and independent economists. You don't buy inventory, recruit downlines, or resell products. You simply refer people to great products, and they buy direct from Melaleuca. You earn a commission on their ongoing purchases.
How much does it cost to join?
There's a small one-time enrollment fee (around $19–29). After that, Preferred Members commit to ordering at least 35 product points per month (roughly $55–75) — but you'd spend that at Target or Amazon on the same types of products anyway. The difference is these are safer, more effective, and often cheaper.
What's the monthly commitment?
35 product points minimum per month. That's about the equivalent of a few cleaning products, a bottle of vitamins, and some personal care items. Most families easily hit this by just swapping out what they already buy.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There's no contract. If you decide it's not for you, you can cancel your membership. No penalties, no pressure.
