Federal: School Choice Voucher Program (4+ New States)

United States (Federal)

The U.S. Senate passed a federal voucher program in 2025 that will bring private school choice to at least four new states. This federal program supplements the explosive growth of state-level school choice programs in Texas, Tennessee, Indiana, Idaho, and other states.

The federal program represents a historic expansion of educational freedom at the national level, complementing the state-level movement that has seen universal school choice programs adopted across the country.

RESOLUTE Citizen Analysis

Federal support for school choice amplifies the state-level movement and ensures that parents in every state have some pathway to direct their children's education according to their values.

"Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it."

— Proverbs 22:6 (KJV)
